Refund Policy for Fight Me On This

Thank you for choosing us for your personal training needs. Please read the following refund policy carefully.
1. No Refunds: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any services or products purchased from Fight Me On This.
2. Transferability: Classes/sessions are transferable within the same calendar year, provided both parties (the original purchaser and the recipient) sign a written agreement acknowledging the transfer. This agreement must be submitted to Fight Me On This for approval.
3. Gift and Sale of Sessions: You have the option to gift or sell your classes/sessions to a third party at your discretion. The original purchaser is responsible for obtaining the third party's agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions. However, Fight Me On This will not act as an intermediary for any transaction between the original purchaser and the third party.
4. Procedure for Transfer: To transfer a class/session, please follow these steps: a. Obtain written consent from the original purchaser. b. Both parties (original purchaser and recipient) must sign a transfer agreement. c. Submit the transfer agreement to Fight Me On This for approval.
5. Transfer Approval: Fight Me On This reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer request. Approval will be granted upon confirmation that both parties have agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in the transfer agreement.
